She enjoys public speaking, and has been a featured speaker on “Enzymes” at Gary Null’s seminars, Fordham University, Cablevision, and Talk Radio.

Louis DePalma is devoted to improving health through education. He is an expert on food enzyme nutrition and enzyme deficiencies. For more than 35 years, he has lectured to professionals and paraprofessionals about the benefits of enzyme therapy, including “Enzymes and Their Link to ADHD and Autism” and “Enzymes and Autism” on TV and talk radio. He has authored the book You Take Too-Big-A-Bite.
