This exciting international DIR® (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based) conference provided a comprehensive view of individual profiles, including motor development, sensory processing, interoception and visual spatial processing, investigating how that perspective has evolved over time.
Using the latest neuroscience, we will deepen our understanding of individual differences through engaging presentations, moderated discussions, and the sharing of lived experiences. Through an occupational therapy and interdisciplinary lens, we will examine how these topics influence the work of speech and language therapists, physical therapists, creative arts therapists, mental health professionals, educators, allied professionals and parents by impacting communication, emotional expression and learning in the context of relationships.
