Shirlee Taylor, PhD

Executive Director, The FAR Fund

Dr. Shirlee Taylor is the Executive Director of The FAR Fund, a private grant-making fund located in New York City that provides funding to programs that promote healthy social and emotional development in children and families. She is also a clinical psychologist with a private practice in Manhattan and a candidate at the New York University Post Doctoral Program in Psychoanalysis.  Dr. Taylor received her PhD in clinical psychology from Adelphi University in 2007. Prior to receiving her doctorate, she worked in the financial sector and with non-profits.
