Payment, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The course deposit is not refundable. If you withdraw from the course at least 1-day prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund of the 1st payment (not the deposit). A request to withdraw must be received at least 1-day prior to the start of the course via email to training@profectum.org.

If you withdraw from a course after the start date no refund is given and you are responsible for full payment of the course. Under certain circumstances, you may be able to begin training again with a group scheduled at a later date but course payment is still due as scheduled in the course syllabus for the group you originally joined.

Although all providers in this directory have completed one or more of Profectum’s certificate training courses on the DIR-FCD model, the providers listed in this directory are independent contractors. Providers are not agents nor are they employees and nor are they under the control of Profectum Foundation. Providers are solely responsible for the quality of the services you receive.
