* Course Completion Requirements

Learners are required to:

  • Have an attendance 80% or better
    • No more than 1 absence to the online classes
    • No more than 1 absence to small group sessions
    • In order for full AOTA CEUs/Contact Hours to be offered, missed classes must be viewed via Zoom recording and impressions/comments shared with the instructor in writing to be considered a “make-up” of the content missed. No partial credit is offered.
  • Contribute to online classes every month
  • Use technology as required by instructors
  • Have camera on for class
  • Use the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Submit Unit evaluations for Unit’s 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • Complete collaborative Feedback Form
