Master Class – Reflective Practice with Ruby Salazar, LCSW, BCD 2

This MASTER CLASS, lead by Faculty, Ruby Salazar, will offer participants a chance to delve deeply into the meaning of REFLECTIVE PRACTICE and to personalize that meaning for themselves and others in their work situations. We intend to enhance participates integrated understanding of reflective practice through a review of relevant history, an exploration of aspects of reflective practice models in the purposes and primary objectives of using a reflective approach, both in practice and in supervision. Naturally, the philosophy of DIR/FLOORTIME will be an integral and pervasive foundation. We will review and explore ADULT LEARNING STYLES, parallel process in client-practitioner-caregiver and practitioner-supervisor relationships and how to make making of use of this power force. Emphasis of this class is on self reflection and awareness, building skills and practice applications in both conjoint and team relationships building skills.
