presented by Profectum Foundation & Los Niños Training
In conjunction with the 14th Annual Young Child Expo & Conference
Tuesday, May 2, 2017
8:30am – 4:30pm
The Wyndham New Yorker Hotel
New York, NY
Autism is a spectrum of complex developmental and brain disorders with many different challenges requiring a variety of interventions. While early screening and assessment have greatly improved, which interventions are best suited have to be determined on an individual basis. For parents and programs there is a no more compelling task than organizing the combination of services that will best meet their child’s and family’s needs.
This summit is a unique opportunity to understand in one day how different interventions tackle the developmental and learning challenges of Autism. Learn how various educational, clinical and parent-mediated research based models are implemented including DIR, ESDM, JASPER, Verbal Behavior, NEST, and Special Education. Find the answers to addressing the core deficits of autism to help children form relationships and friendships, communicate, regulate behavior, play and develop the skills they need for a meaningful future.
Enjoy over 25 speakers and more than 15 presentations on this day!
